Low Fees

• Our fees vary according to the scope and intensity of the work, but we regularly operate with a band of between 2% and 2.5% which represents excellent value compared to those companies operating at 3.95% which can translate into ten thousand dollars or more in savings to the client.
• Working With Other Agents
  Having listed a property, generally we sell it without the involvement of an outside agent, however we are open to working with outside agents if they wish to introduce their buyers to the property on shared commission basis.
